Andrea has served on the board as President of The Business Network International, Seattle chapter, Vice President of Programs for Sales and Marketing Executives International, Seattle chapter, as well as founded and served as President of The Alliance, a group of sales professionals who offered a B to B "one-stop shopping" service for their shared clients.

Andrea is the author of 3 compelling sales books; the first, called Business-to-Business Prospecting: Innovative Techniques to Get Your Foot in the Door with any Prospect, (Aspatore Books, 2005) is endorsed by best-selling author Brian Tracy, as well as Skip Miller, Steve Farber and Ronald J. Walsh. Her second book, The Seven Keys to Effective Business-to-Business Appointment Setting (Aspatore Books, 2006) is endorsed by several sales professionals and the foreword is written by Tom Ziglar, son of Zig Ziglar and CEO of Ziglar, the company. Her newest book, Power Referrals: The Ambassador Method for Empowering Others to Promote Your Business and Do the Selling for You (McGraw-Hill, 2008) will be available in October, 2008, and is endorsed by Tom Hopkins, Anthony Parinello, and Dr. Denis Waitley.

She is also the creator and exclusive writer of the column entitled Sales Solutions featured biweekly in The Puget Sound Business Journal, and is a contributing writer to SellingPower.com’s One Minute Tip, featured daily on the SellingPower.com website. Andrea is the founder and President of Sittig Incorporated, a sales training and consulting organization based in Redmond, WA. She is also the developer and exclusive provider of The Blitz Experience^®, an activity-based sales training program designed to help salespeople become more effective when prospecting over the phone. Her sales training program is unique because it requires salespeople to practice what they learn the day of the training on real prospects resulting in new business opportunities at the end of the training.

Before starting Sittig Incorporated she held various sales-related positions, such as Senior Account Executive at Voice-Tel, Account Manager at Lucent Technologies, and Regional Sales Manager, President's Club, at ACS Dataline, where she consistently exceeded revenue goals.

Terry Dean is a graduate of Xavier University, the father of two young adults and this year Terry will be celebrating the 30th wedding anniversary with his spouse and partner, Susan. Terry is president of the Kruse Way Lake Oswego Rotary and Director for the Salvation Army marketing advisory committee. Both he and Susan enjoy the beauty of the Northwest which provides an ideal training environment for his upcoming 5th marathon race.
